Insenc IT Solutions provides professional services including, but not limited to, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads & PPC management, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, online reputation management, web development, mobile app development, website maintenance, and hosting support. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, quotation, or service agreement mutually agreed between you and us.

3. Quotations, Fees & Payment

• All fees for Services are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), which will be charged additionally where applicable.
• Payments may be collected in advance, in milestones, or on a monthly retainer basis, as specified in the applicable proposal or invoice.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete card, bank, or UPI credentials on our servers.
• Any delay in payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver the Services effectively, you agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and approvals, and any access, content, or materials reasonably required. You are responsible for ensuring that any content or materials you provide do not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Insenc IT Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement transfer to the client upon full payment, except for pre-existing tools, frameworks, and third-party components which remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may involve third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, and analytics tools). We are not responsible for changes in the policies, pricing, availability, or performance of these third-party platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver measurable results, digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue figures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insenc IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
